CJS Strata Services is a family-owned and operated business providing cleaning, gardening, and building management services.

The business began just two years ago, not as a planned venture but out of necessity for brothers and sisters Steve & Tracey. Our mother, at 88 years old, had spent more than 15 years quietly maintaining the cleanliness and gardens of her apartment block, often going above and beyond to support the work of contract cleaners and ensure a proper standard was met. After our father passed, mum decided that it was time the cleaners did what they were paid to do and for her to concentrate on herself.

The decline in the building's cleanliness and overall presentation was noticeable. More importantly, it caused her genuine distress. Seeing this, we decided to step in. Driven by a simple goal: to restore the standard our mother had worked so hard to maintain.

Once we took over, the improvements were immediate and visible—not only to residents, but also to the Owners Corporation manager. What began as a way to support our mum quickly grew into something more. In many ways.

But more than that, we bring a personal level of care and pride to every property we manage.

Today, CJS Strata Services continues to grow, but our values remain the same. We are still a family-run business, and we approach every property as if it were our own—and every client as if they were family.
